1. Services
Logohunt(PIXO Inc) is web commerce that allows users to purchase and customize high-quality logo designs of the style they want. Users can explore and download millions of cool logo designs through its services.
2. Fees & Refund
For users who have not subscribed, there will be a fee for the final downloading of all logo files. This fee will be disclosed in advance, and users must agree to the fee before using the service.
One-shot Fee & Refund: One-shot Fee refers to the amount of money you buy Logo Shop's design template. This fee includes downloading all file formats (JPG, PNG, PDF) and features and content provided by Logohunt(PIXO Inc). Users are guaranteed unlimited downloads of paid works. If you believe you have been charged due to an error, you can notify Customer Support at support@pixo.co and request cancellation of the fee. Customer Support can only cancel the fee within 7 days of payment and only if the final product related to the fee has not been downloaded or used outside the site. The fee will not be canceled thereafter or if the logo file has been downloaded or used outside the Logo Hunt.
3. Taxes and Currencies
All fees on Logohunt(PIXO Inc) shall be in U.S. Dollars except when specifically stated otherwise in writing by Logohunt(PIXO Inc). You have full and sole responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with our fees and service, including any sales tax related to the purchase or sale of services.
4. User Content
Logohunt(PIXO Inc) may display logo templates and concepts to the user. However, the user is not granted any rights or licenses to use or copy any of the designs, except for the final design once it has been paid for. The final design will be displayed and available for download in the user's account. Additionally, certain symbols, colors, fonts, and other design elements, whether used in the design or not, cannot be downloaded or used for commercial or personal purposes without charges.
Logos created by users through our service become the property of the users upon download. By using this service, users grant us the necessary permissions to generate and store the logos.
Logos created by users through our service are owned by the users themselves upon purchase. However, there are specific guidelines regarding the permitted purposes of logo usage:
- Reselling or redistributing logos as design resources is prohibited.
- Logos, including company logos and associated merchandise, may be used for business branding purposes. The sale of products featuring these logos is allowed.

Please note that Logohunt(PIXO Inc) does not retain copies of any user content that is permanently deleted, and logos can only be downloaded as they appear on the site
4. Restrictions
The Service must only be used within the bounds of the law. Users must not engage in any activities that infringe on others' copyrights or support illegal activities, such as creating logos. Logohunt(PIXO Inc) may determine in its sole discretion whether or not an Account is in violation of any of its policies. An offending user may be permanently restricted from holding an account or using the Services. If Logohunt(PIXO Inc) reasonably determines that a user’s account is being used for illegal or fraudulent activity, then the user’s account may be immediately terminated. Also pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, reasonably likely to cause harm, or that could be reasonably considered slanderous or libelous.
5. Disclaimers
Logohunt(PIXO Inc) is provided "as is," and we make no warranties of any kind regarding the quality, completeness, reliability, effectiveness, or suitability of the Service. All risks associated with the use of this Service lie with the user.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms as necessary. Changes will be posted on the Service's website, and users are responsible for reviewing the updated Terms.
